UK – We offer a Royal Mail delivery service for customers in the United Kingdom. There is a delivery charge of £4.50 per order.
Orders are usually received within 1-3 workings days following dispatch.
International – Currently not available.
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. The investigation can take up to 15 working days.
If you have received a damaged/defective product from Stylianou. we should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request that you share a photo to our Quality Control / Dispatch office; email@example.com
Stylianou would like to assure all customers that each item ordered is manually checked by our Quality Control team prior to being dispatched. If an item is received with any faults or damage you are responsible for returning this to us in order for Stylianou to claim against the courier.
Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
In accordance with UK ‘distance selling’ laws, Stylianou offers a simple 14 day return policy to all our customers. You can conveniently return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we recommend that you return the item using tracked post. If an item is lost, we will then be able to track it. Should an item get lost in transit without a tracking reference it is the customer’s responsibility to follow that up. You will be required to pay the cost of returning items unless the item is damaged or an error has occurred.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Stylianou asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons face masks are non returnable and also non refundable. If you return any masks to us no action will be taken against them.
Any footwear must be returned in its original box (if supplied boxed), with adequate protection in the parcel so that the box does not get damaged in transit.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimsuits or cosmetic products, unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return it back to you.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The refund of items purchased online can only be processed onto the card used to place your order. The refund is completed automatically and an email will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order within 24 hours to confirm the refund has been processed. Stylianou will process your refund immediately, however it can take up to 5 working days for the money to show in your account.
THE RETURNS PROCESS
If you would like to return an item, please log in to your account and select the ‘Returns’ option. Complete the returns form (download here), once completed press submit as this will notify us of the return, then please select the print option, print and include the form in your package with the item(s).

To process a return successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the ‘Returns Form’ has been fully completed and included in the package.
